During the program, 180 households in the communes of Son Dong, Yen Dinh, and Tay Yen Tu received support in three categories: livelihood allowance (3 million VND/household), funding for purchasing water tanks (3.5 million VND/household), and support for building toilets (5 million VND/household). Of these, 130 households received the livelihood allowance, 40 households received support for purchasing water tanks, and 10 households received support for building toilets. The total amount disbursed was 580 million VND.

In addition to providing financial assistance, the project management board also implemented many practical activities such as: communicating about clean water, providing equipment support, conducting disaster prevention and response drills; training on hygiene and disease prevention; providing guidance on first aid and psychological support; training and providing equipment for safe schools, etc.
Timely support has helped people overcome difficulties and gradually stabilize their lives after the natural disaster. At the same time, it demonstrates the concern and support of the Provincial Red Cross and other humanitarian organizations for people in areas affected by storms and floods, contributing to spreading the spirit of compassion and sharing in the community.
This is an important activity aimed at strengthening the people's ability to respond to and recover from the increasingly complex impacts of natural disasters. It is known that in Phase 1 of the Project, 1,042 households in the province benefited with a total value of 2.5 billion VND.
