According to the latest statistics from the Customs Department, in November 2025, Bac Ninh continued to be the leading locality nationwide in terms of export turnover.

Specifically, in November 2025, Bac Ninh province's exports reached US$7.88 billion, ranking first; while Ho Chi Minh City ranked second with US$7.39 billion and Hai Phong city ranked third with US$3.98 billion.

Besides the top 3, many other provinces and cities achieved export turnover of 1 billion USD or more in November, such as Phu Tho, Dong Nai, Ninh Binh, Thai Nguyen, Hanoi , etc.

For the first 11 months of 2025, the top 3 localities in terms of exports remained unchanged, with results as follows: Bac Ninh reached 84.33 billion USD; Ho Chi Minh City reached 83.74 billion USD; and Hai Phong reached 42 billion USD.

Conversely, Ho Chi Minh City had the largest import turnover in November with $8.37 billion; while Bac Ninh province ranked second with $7.67 billion and Hanoi ranked third with nearly $4.3 billion.

In the first 11 months of 2025, the total value of goods exports and imports nationwide reached US$839.75 billion, an increase of 17.2% compared to the same period last year. Of this, exports reached US$430.14 billion, an increase of 16.1%; and imports reached US$409.61 billion, an increase of 18.4%.
