Honoring 125 businesses and individuals at Top Industry 4.0 Vietnam 2025

The program is part of a series of activities to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; implementing Decision No. 749/QD-TTg dated June 3, 2020 of the Prime Minister on approving the National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Phan Xuan Dung, Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, emphasized the key role of science, technology and innovation in the country's sustainable development. In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution taking place strongly, Vietnam is promoting major policies in the spirit of Resolution 57 and Resolution 193/2025/QH15 to develop the digital economy, digital government and digital society.

The Vietnam Industry 4.0 Top Awards Program is held periodically to honor organizations, businesses and individuals with outstanding contributions to the application of digital technology, innovation and building smart manufacturing models. In 2025, the program received more than 350 applications from provinces and cities across the country. Through two rounds of selection, the Expert Council selected 125 outstanding applications to honor in four categories.

Specifically, the Top 10 Industry 4.0 enterprises include large-scale units operating according to the smart factory model such as: PetroVietnam, Unilever Vietnam, Heineken Vietnam, Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company...; Top 22 typical science, technology, innovation and digital transformation enterprises such as: CT Group, Phenikaa-X, Vietnam Airlines, Agribank, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank...; Top 68 enterprises with smart digital products and outstanding technology solutions, typically: VNPT iAlert, Viewpro, AquaX...; Top 25 leaders and pioneering entrepreneurs in innovation and digital transformation, including Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My with a high-tech agricultural model applying ERP system in management and operation.

The representative of the Organizing Committee said that this year's program achieved outstanding quality in terms of scale, content and number of participating units. The submitted applications were diverse in fields, showing the commitment of enterprises to long-term investment in the process of digital transformation and research and application of new technologies. The selection process was conducted transparently, according to the set criteria, ensuring representativeness and dissemination.

The Organizing Committee also emphasized that the honored enterprises not only have outstanding technological capabilities, but also demonstrate strategic vision and the ability to connect the innovation ecosystem, promote green growth and sustainable development. This is the core force in implementing the major policies of the Party and State on science and technology development.

The event is also an important forum for scientists, businesses and management agencies to meet and exchange experiences, thereby promoting cooperation in research, implementation, improving innovation capacity and technology transfer in the country. At the same time, the program contributes to spreading the spirit of creative competition, encouraging the business community in the process of building a national digital economy.

With synchronous efforts and attention from all levels and sectors, the program "Top Industry 4.0 Vietnam" is gradually affirming its role as an important bridge between policy, technology, and market, actively contributing to sustainable development and enhancing national competitiveness in the digital transformation period.
