According to the report at the conference, in the first 6 months of 2025, the activities of the Party Central Committee and the Central Military Commission in the General Department of Defense Industry have been deployed comprehensively, synchronously, practically, effectively, closely following the military and defense tasks, and Party building; comprehensively completing the work content according to the plan and the sudden and arising tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the General Department's political tasks.

Notably, the General Department has well led and directed the organization of research, dissemination, study and strict implementation of resolutions, directives, conclusions, regulations and plans of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; done well in political and ideological education; grasped and managed ideology, information, propaganda and public opinion orientation to create high consensus and unity in awareness and responsibility among cadres, party members and the masses.
