Notably, Party committees and commanders at all levels have proactively grasped, oriented and resolved the thoughts of cadres and soldiers, especially in the process of carrying out political tasks and merging two general departments. At the same time, they have promptly oriented public opinion against sensitive information and sabotage plots of hostile forces during the organization of Party congresses at all levels and the implementation of the policy of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.

Politicaleducation and legal propaganda work were organized closely and effectively; propaganda on the media was promoted; rewards were implemented promptly and in accordance with principles. Internal political protection work, mass mobilization, policies and activities of mass organizations had many innovations and achieved practical results. Competitions and sports events of the whole army achieved high results. The ideology of the whole General Department was stable; officers and soldiers were responsible, determined, and ready to complete their tasks.
Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of the year, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien requested to continue adjusting the force organization towards being lean, compact, and strong; arranging the local military organization in accordance with the two-level government model, ensuring good logistics and techniques for training and combat readiness.
Agencies and units need to strengthen education and ideological management, promptly orient awareness, maintain internal stability; complete the political education plan and test political awareness in 2025.

The Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering requested agencies and units to focus on preparing and successfully organizing the 1st Congress of the General Department Party Committee (term 2025-2030); coordinate to promote propaganda to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; summarize and launch new works in the creative campaign on the Logistics and Engineering sector.
At the same time, strengthen supervision of party organizations and party members; promptly detect and handle violations; continue to promote mass mobilization and policy work, care for policy beneficiaries, effectively carry out gratitude activities, maintain stability and complete tasks well.
