Summary of comments and explanations on the Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 17/2017/TT-BCT dated January 19, 2017.

Implementing Decision No. 3422/QD-BCT dated December 29, 2023 on promulgating the Program for developing legal documents in 2024, the Domestic Market Department has coordinated with relevant units to draft a Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 17/2017/TT-BCT dated September 19, 2017 of the Minister of Industry and Trade guiding the implementation of regulations on border market areas (points) in the Vietnam - China Border Trade Agreement.
After collecting comments from agencies, units, organizations and individuals, the Ministry of Industry and Trade posted the entire content of the summary of comments and explanations on the above Draft.
