The first phase of the contest took place from April 4 to May 5, 2023, with the theme of learning: Law on Anti-Corruption and Provincial Resolutions on Administrative Reform, Digital Transformation, New Rural Development... The contest attracted the participation of a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers in public service units, union members, association members and people from all walks of life, with 11,918 contestants. Of which, 2,139 entries achieved the maximum score (100 points), accounting for 17.95%; 4,957 entries scored from 80 to under 100 points, accounting for 41.59%; the remaining entries scored below 80 points, accounting for 40.46%. At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes. Specifically, Mr. Thien Sanh Duy, Vice President of the Veterans Association of Phuoc Nam commune (Thuan Nam) won First prize.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the active participation of organizations, units and people in the province. After 1 month of implementation, in general, the first phase of the contest was successful, meeting the quality and requirements set out, thereby improving the quality of propaganda and dissemination of the Party and State's policies and guidelines and promoting digital transformation in the Front system. In order to promote the achieved results, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will continue to implement the second phase of the contest as planned, hoping that units and people will respond and participate in order to bring the Party's laws and resolutions into practice, contributing to creating momentum to promote the socio -economic development of the province.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 1 individual with outstanding achievements in propaganda, implementation, response and companionship with the contest.
