The new upgraded Toyota Camry 2026 has officially launched in the Chinese market with a total of 15 versions and prices ranging from 171,800 - 259,800 Yuan (about 601 - 909 million VND). A new feature of this mid-size sedan is the 2.0L Hybrid Sport Lite version with a selling price of 191,800 yuan (671 million VND). This change helps lower the access threshold for users who want to own the 2.0L hybrid sport version of the Toyota Camry.
The exterior of the 2026 Toyota Camry for the Chinese market retains the same overall design as the current version, with an aerodynamic style and a sporty look. In particular, the new 2.0L Hybrid Sport Lite version is fully equipped with a sporty body kit, including a honeycomb grille, front bumper, black spoiler and 18-inch high-performance alloy wheels. The dimensions of the 2026 Toyota Camry have not changed. The car has a length x width x height of 4,915 x 1,840 x 1,450 mm and a wheelbase of 2,825 mm. This size provides a spacious interior for the car. Inside this D-class sedan, the interior still retains the same high-quality finishing as before. Some versions can choose an ivory white interior while the sport version has the option of aurora red. Besides, there are two other tones, including mysterious black and amber brown.
The 2026 Toyota Camry still uses a mechanical gear lever, leather-wrapped steering wheel, suede-leather seats, and heated/cooled front seats. In the new version, the car has been equipped with 64-color interior ambient lighting, a smart essential oil diffuser system, and an IP-patterned decorative panel to enhance the high-end feel. The 12.3-inch central touchscreen, which supports smartphone connectivity via Apple CarPlay, Baidu CarLife and Huawei HiCar, is also retained in the car. Some versions are equipped with Qualcomm 8155 chip, 12GB RAM and 128GB ROM, ensuring smooth system operation. The dual-zone voice recognition feature can be used to adjust the air conditioner, window glass, navigation system, etc. In addition, users can unlock the door, turn on the air conditioner, locate the car, schedule maintenance, etc. remotely via the phone application. The next highlight of the 2026 Toyota Camry is the TSS 3.0 PRO driving assistance system that supports high-quality PVM panoramic cameras and "transparent undercarriage" mode, automatically activated when entering narrow roads. The upgraded parking brake assist feature can track objects/vehicles/pedestrians in the blind spot in real time and automatically brake when in danger.

The engine comes with a CVT gearbox, with an average fuel consumption of 5.81 liters / 100 km. The second is the hybrid powertrain with a 2.0L gasoline engine, producing a total output of 145 kW, and an E-CVT gearbox. The lowest fuel consumption of this engine is 4.2 liters / 100 km. Finally, the hybrid powertrain with a 2.5L gasoline engine, producing a total output of 169 kW, and an E-CVT gearbox. This hybrid powertrain consumes only 4.55 liters of gasoline per 100 km. Unfortunately, the full-time 4-wheel drive system that appeared on the international version has not yet been introduced to the Chinese market. This D-class sedan in the neighboring market of Vietnam still only uses front-wheel drive.
