Parents are responsible for checking information on VNeID and reporting to local police to accurately update current residence information.

From April 17 to April 19, the People's Committee of Thu Duc City and districts reported the number of children preparing to enter grade 1 and primary school students preparing to enter grade 6 in the area to the Ho Chi Minh City Primary School Admissions Steering Committee.

The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City stipulates that the People's Committee of Thu Duc City and districts direct the Department of Education and Training, People's Committees of wards and communes, and local preschool and primary education facilities to be responsible for fully updating student information on the education and training sector database system at the address: https://csdl.hcm.edu.vn.

Parents check and confirm the information of their children and students at https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn. Schools are required to check on the Ho Chi Minh City primary school admission information page according to regulations.

The data review process is as follows: For data on students in kindergarten and grade 5, the implementing units are preschool and primary education facilities.

Steps to follow:

Step 1: Preschool and primary education institutions (hereinafter referred to as schools) must ensure that all students eligible for admission have identification codes and verify identification data with the national population database. In cases where students do not have identification codes for special reasons (disadvantaged children, foreigners, etc.), the Department of Education and Training is responsible for reviewing, compiling the list, attaching evidence and submitting it to the Department of Education and Training for consideration and guidance.

Step 2: After fully updating the data of students eligible for admission, the school synchronizes the data from the industry database to the primary school admission database. At the same time, notify the login account to parents to check the information on the primary school admission website of Ho Chi Minh City.

Step 3: Based on the student data platform that the school has updated, parents access the primary admissions page to check and confirm the correct information (account and password provided by the school). In case of information adjustment, parents enter the content of the adjustment request, attach evidence to the system (image of the student's birth certificate; image of the parent's VNeID, Residential information section).

Step 4: The school verifies the content of the parent's request for adjustment and proceeds to adjust the information. After the school adjusts the information, the parent accesses the primary school admissions page to check and confirm the information is correct.

Step 5: After completing the data review, the school confirms the completion of the data review and transfers the final year student data files to the higher level.

For data on 6-year-old children who have not attended preschool:

Step 1: Thu Duc City People's Committee and districts direct the People's Committees of wards and communes to coordinate with the police to collect and review information of 6-year-old children who have not attended preschool and are currently living in the area, especially information on "current residence" in the parents' VNeID.

Step 2: The People's Committee of the ward or commune updates the list of 6-year-old children who have not attended preschool on the primary school enrollment database system, notifies parents to check and confirm information at https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn.

At the end of the data review phase, the People's Committee of Thu Duc City and districts reported the number of children and preschool students preparing to enter grade 1 and primary school students preparing to enter grade 6 in the area to the Ho Chi Minh City Primary School Admissions Steering Committee through the Department of Education and Training using the electronic office system.

In case parents do not review the data or do not confirm the information within the prescribed time limit, the primary school admission system will automatically consider all the information available on the primary school admission page as approved and use it as the official basis in the admission process. Any requests for changes made after the time limit specified in this document will not be resolved, except in special cases with legitimate reasons that are considered, approved and fully reported by the Primary School Admission Steering Committee according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training.

Parents are responsible for checking information on VNeID, reporting to local police to update accurate information about current residence; checking and confirming information on the primary school admissions website (https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn) on time; proactively coordinating with the school or the Department of Education and Training to adjust information within the prescribed time.
