The first is to provide basic data for the Department to develop programs and plans to foster foreign language skills in a systematic, focused and key manner; in line with the orientation of developing the teaching staff according to a clear roadmap.

The second is to create conditions for teachers, especially teachers in charge of subjects other than English, to have the capacity to use English in professional activities, integrated teaching and support students to access knowledge in foreign languages.
