Based on the inspection results, the delegation will review and compile a list of construction works, classify existing problems by construction, fire prevention, fire fighting, licensing, residence, electricity, etc. to have appropriate fire prevention, fire fighting and escape safety solutions in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, the inspection unit also guides the management of construction and renovation activities of boarding houses, rental rooms, mini apartments, collective housing, and old apartments to ensure compliance with construction planning, construction permits, and construction quality according to standards, technical regulations, and legal regulations. The inspection period is before October 30.

In addition, according to the plan, Ho Chi Minh City will handle all violations of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue. Any facility that violates will be temporarily suspended or have its operations suspended according to regulations.

Ho Chi Minh City Police will synthesize reports from units and propose to the City People's Committee solutions to ensure safety for the above types of facilities before November 10.

Previously, at the conference to urgently deploy fire prevention and fighting solutions in apartment buildings, high-rise buildings, and rental houses, the leader of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Department - Ho Chi Minh City Police also said that according to preliminary statistics, there are currently 42,256 boarding houses and rental houses in the city under state management of fire prevention and fighting and rescue.

The purpose of this general review and inspection is to investigate and survey the situation of activities related to fire prevention and fighting at boarding houses, multi-apartment houses (mini-apartments), collective houses, and old apartments. Synthesize and develop an analysis report, evaluate the current situation of fire prevention and fighting for this type of facility.
