Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Van Nen, Politburo member, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the outstanding achievements of collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, example, morality and style in 2022-2023. These are the bright flowers in the city's garden of following Uncle Ho's words. Each typical example has inspired us with courage, determination, spirit of overcoming difficulties, creativity, daring to think, daring to do and love for people, attachment and responsibility to the people and society, building the city to be more and more humane and affectionate. The examples have spread widely in society, creating a daily lifestyle among the people of following Uncle Ho's words through specific actions, creating a solid foundation to promote the combined strength, unite the whole people to compete to successfully complete the socio -economic development targets, building the city to be more and more civilized, rich and happy.

Since the beginning of 2022, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has thoroughly grasped and deployed many synchronous and effective solutions in implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 on promoting, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Comrade Nguyen Van Nen also emphasized: After the Covid-19 pandemic, the city is currently facing many difficulties, challenges and new opportunities in building and developing the city. Therefore, promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle is an effective measure in thoroughly grasping and implementing the Party's resolutions. Therefore, in the coming time, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee will continue to implement many measures, in which Party organizations and the political system need to focus on continuing to explore and innovate the Patriotic Emulation Movement associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, summarizing, propagating and replicating to have more and more effective models.

The city promotes the role and responsibility of setting an example for cadres and party members, first of all, the leaders of organizations and localities, and pays attention to promoting the construction of Ho Chi Minh cultural space associated with specific and practical actions at each facility, making Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style deeply permeate society and the people.
