Ho Chi Minh City issues price for solid waste collection service on rivers and canals

The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has just issued Decision 2972/QD-UBND regulating the unit price for solid waste collection and disposal services on rivers and canals with waterway functions in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Decision 2972, unit price is the basis for developing a bid package estimate in case of applying the bidding method or developing a price plan in case of applying the ordering method for solid waste collection and removal services on rivers and canals with waterway traffic functions in Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, the unit price includes labor costs and construction machine costs. In which, labor costs in the unit price are determined by the labor consumption rate to perform a unit of work volume multiplied by the corresponding labor unit price (VND/work) in each work.

Construction machine costs in the unit price are determined by multiplying the construction machine loss rate to perform a unit of work volume (loss rate) by the construction machine unit price (VND/shift) corresponding to each type of machine in each job.

For the work of collecting trash on the surface of canals and ditches by boat, the tasks include: checking the vehicle, working tools and labor protection equipment; Moving the vehicle to the trash collection location; Workers use nets to collect trash and put it in net bags, the operation is repeated continuously...

For the work of collecting water hyacinth, seaweed, and garbage on canals and ditches by 90CV barges, it is carried out on canals and ditches with water surface area convenient for barge movement and regular flow.
