At the same time, strengthen propaganda, inspection, and reinforcement of houses, public works, and trees to minimize damage during the rainy and stormy season.
The Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Education and Training, and Construction have all been directed to develop specific plans. In particular, the Department of Construction will review and treat trees along roadsides and in parks to ensure they do not pose a danger during storms. The Department of Education and Training will coordinate to inspect school safety to ensure the safety of students and teachers.
The Management Board of Export Processing and Industrial Zones and the City Electricity Corporation have prepared a plan to ensure continuous and safe power supply.
Police, border guards, youth volunteers and other functional forces are always ready with manpower and means to promptly support rescue when an incident occurs.

Localities are required to mobilize forces, materials and means to quickly handle incidents and overcome the consequences of natural disasters, while at the same time doing a good job of statistics, assessing damage, and proposing solutions to restore production and people's lives.
The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee requested relevant units to be proactive, timely, not negligent or subjective in natural disaster prevention work, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property above all.
At the same time, call on people and businesses to raise awareness and prepare carefully to join hands to safely overcome the storm season.
