At the same time, strengthen propaganda, inspection, and reinforcement of houses, public works, and trees to minimize damage during the rainy and stormy season.

The Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Education and Training, and Construction have all been directed to develop specific plans. In particular, the Department of Construction will review and treat trees along roadsides and in parks to ensure they do not pose a danger during storms. The Department of Education and Training will coordinate to inspect school safety to ensure the safety of students and teachers.
