This is to ensure the timely and on-schedule organization and operation of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center, ensuring smooth and effective implementation of administrative procedures without interruption when rearranging administrative units and implementing the 2-level local government model.
The working offices of the Public Administration Service Centers at the commune level are arranged on the basis of making maximum use of the existing working offices of the one-stop-shop departments at all levels.
