TPO - According to the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, Ho Chi Minh City will continue to suffer from severe heat from March 31 to April 10.

This is a heat wave affecting a low pressure trough with an axis of 26-29 degrees north latitude connecting with the hot low pressure area in the West, developing and expanding to the Southeast. From April 3, the low pressure trough will be compressed and pushed to the South.

Therefore, the Southern Hydrometeorological Station predicts that hot weather combined with high UV index will affect the health of people participating in outdoor activities for a long time, such as dehydration, exhaustion, heat stroke...

Along with that, the humidity in the air is low, the weather is dry, and there is a risk of fire and explosion.

Today and tomorrow, the meteorological agency forecasts that heat waves will continue to occur widely in the Eastern region and some places in the Western region. The highest temperature will be 35 - 38 degrees Celsius, the lowest relative humidity will be 30 - 50%. The hot time of the day is from 12:00 to 16:00.
