Receiving social insurance benefits through electronic payment or in other words, receiving benefits through personal bank accounts will bring many practical benefits to pensioners and monthly social insurance beneficiaries. Implementation method: The beneficiary opens a personal bank account to receive pension. The beneficiary authorizes the recipient to receive money through a relative's bank account.

By receiving social insurance benefits through personal accounts, instead of having to go to centralized points to directly receive monthly pensions and social insurance benefits, the provincial Social Insurance recommends that pensioners and social insurance benefits beneficiaries in the province register to receive benefits through bank accounts, ensuring safety, speed, and savings, while reducing the risk of unsafe contact, contributing to the successful implementation of the digital transformation goal in the province.
