Presenting 160 gifts to poor households and disadvantaged ethnic minority students in Phu Nghia commune

BPO - On the afternoon of May 31, the Binh Phuoc Provincial Red Cross Association in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City From Heart To Soul Charity Volunteer Group organized the program "Connecting Love", giving gifts to households and students in difficult circumstances in Phu Nghia commune, Bu Gia Map district.

The delegation presented 160 gifts, of which 100 were for poor households and 60 were for students in difficult circumstances. Each gift was worth 500,000 VND. In addition, the delegation also presented a laptop to the student, along with school supplies, many shoes, clothes, toys, candy, and milk to the people and students. The total value of the program was about 115 million VND.

Many gifts such as dolls, candy, shoes, and old clothes are prepared for people and students.

People choose clothes and shoes donated by sponsors.

The program "Connecting Love" is a practical activity, spreading the spirit of "Red Cross - For everyone, everywhere"; at the same time creating a joyful atmosphere for students on International Children's Day June 1.

Leaders of Defense Economic Group 778, Provincial and local Red Cross Associations and charity groups presented gifts to the people.

In addition to the 500,000 VND scholarship, 60 students with difficult circumstances also received many meaningful gifts.
