On October 5, in Hanoi, the Organizing Committee of the Bui Xuan Phai Award - For the Love of Hanoi of the Sports and Culture Newspaper (Vietnam News Agency) announced the results and awarded the 16th award in 2023.

From the initial 31 nominations, through the preliminary and final rounds, the Jury has approved the official nomination list and this year's awards, including 11 nominations, in 4 categories. Of which, the Work award category alone has 4 nominations. That reflects the richness and outstanding quality of the works and projects "For the Love of Hanoi" published in recent times.

Director and People's Artist Dang Nhat Minh was awarded the Grand Prize for his outstanding contributions to Hanoi through his cinematic and literary works imbued with historical and humanistic values ​​about Hanoi. This is also the most important category of the award, awarded annually to those who have made lifelong contributions to Hanoi through their outstanding works, ideas, and deeds, and for their close ties to Hanoi throughout their lives and careers.

The "Work - For the Love of Hanoi" prize was awarded to the exhibition "Hanoi 1985 - 2015: Forgotten Years"
