Deploying tasks of developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation according to Notice No. 166-TB/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee

On September 12, 2025, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province issued Official Dispatch No. 04010/UBND-KGVX on the implementation of tasks of science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation according to Notice No. 166-TB/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Official Dispatch No. 80-CV/DU of the Provincial Party Committee, and Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐ of the Provincial Steering Committee.

In order to promote the achieved results, overcome the shortcomings and difficulties in implementing the assigned tasks in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo in the first 8 months of 2025 of the province, at the same time, focus on deploying and implementing a number of key tasks in the coming time.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes and wards to focus on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo , the directions and plans of the Central Steering Committee and the Plans of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee, with key contents: Proactively develop plans to implement assigned tasks, with implementation progress, results, and specific products in accordance with the guiding motto "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear progress, and clear results"; encourage agencies and units to have breakthrough solutions and initiatives.

Focus on implementing and regularly reporting on the situation and results of implementing assigned tasks according to Plan No. 281-KH/TU, Plan No. 283-KH/TU, Plan No. 288-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Plan No. 01-KH/BCĐ of the Provincial Steering Committee; Plan No. 146/KH-UBND dated June 25, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee and Communication Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐ dated August 29, 2025 of the Provincial Steering Committee... to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Science and Technology) before the 12th of each month (starting from September 2025).

Continue to direct the raising of awareness and political determination, considering the development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation as a regular and continuous task of leaders. Heads of departments, branches and localities must take drastic action, focus on directing and prioritizing resources to complete assigned tasks. Link the results of implementing science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation with the annual evaluation of cadres, emulation and reward work of leaders and cadres, civil servants, public employees, etc.
