Comrade Tran Luu Quang emphasized that Quang Nam's planning and implementation must be based on the eight-word motto "Compliance, flexibility, synchronization, understanding".
“The great value of planning is orientation, we must follow the orientation or we will not reach the desired destination.
As for the principle of flexibility, it sounds contradictory when on one hand we have to comply and on the other hand we have to be flexible, but what I mean here is that with flexibility, we have the right to change and propose changes to the competent authority for goals that do not have core values along the way.
Because talking about tomorrow is difficult, planning for the next 7 years and vision for the next 26 years is not easy" - Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang said.

“Regarding the synchronization factor, the provincial planning must certainly be synchronized with the planning of the whole country, the region, the industry and a series of “sub” plannings below. If there is no synchronization, nothing can be done, especially at the present time, if there is no synchronization in terms of law, no one dares to do anything.
