Regiment 20 trains cadres in ideological management of soldiers

On November 10 and 11, Regiment 20, Division 330 (Military Region 9) organized a training course for 130 officers at all levels on military ideological management.

At the training course, officers were informed and guided on the implementation of regulations on ideological management of soldiers, grasping and orienting public opinion in the Vietnam People's Army; exchanging experiences in ideological management and practicing Party work, political work in training, building discipline, and managing discipline at grassroots units.

Officers also study professional documents such as "100 ideological situations that may arise in the unit and suggested handling measures for grassroots officers", "Signs to recognize groups of behaviors that violate discipline, cause insecurity, and cause abnormal psychology and suggested handling measures for grassroots officers".

Through the training course, cadres, especially political cadres at all levels, can consolidate their knowledge, practice skills, management methods and grasp the army's ideology; be more proactive in forecasting, orienting and promptly resolving arising ideological issues...
