Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc attends the oath-taking ceremony for new soldiers at the Border Guard Training Center.

On the morning of June 4, the Border Guard Training Center held a ceremony to swear in new soldiers in 2025. Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army attended and gave a speech.

Also attending were Major General Nguyen Van Thien, Deputy Commander of the Border Guard; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province.

In 2025, the Border Guard Training Center organized training in accordance with the Ministry's regulations; focused on the motto "training each weak point"; directed the preparation work to be done well, ensuring the best training for new soldiers.

Through training, new soldiers will grasp the basic contents of the Military Management Regulations, the Team Regulations, the use of weapons, specialized training contents; and strictly follow the daily and weekly study and work regimes.

The test results were 100% satisfactory, of which 88.9% were good and excellent, ranking the training unit as good.

In his speech, Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc acknowledged and commended the results achieved by officers and soldiers of the Border Guard Training Center in training new soldiers.

Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc requested officers and soldiers of the Center to draw lessons, promptly overcome shortcomings and weaknesses, and prepare well for the upcoming border defense training to achieve good results.

Strictly manage military numbers, maintain discipline, ensure absolute safety, and prevent disciplinary violations.

Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc requested the Center to actively promote production, improve living standards, enhance cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities, build a green, clean and beautiful environment, and improve the material and spiritual life of soldiers.

At the same time, strengthen inspection, supervision, guidance, and close coordination with units in performing training tasks, especially in organizing, training methods, and using shooting ranges and training grounds.
