On December 15, 1,452 villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods in the province will hold elections for village, hamlet, and neighborhood chiefs for the 2025-2027 term. In order for the election day to take place in a democratic, lawful, safe, economical, and successful manner, and truly be a great festival for all people, localities have synchronously deployed many solutions, especially propaganda work.

Yet Kieu 4 Cultural House (Tran Hung Dao Ward, Ha Long City) is ready for election day.

These days, all the streets and neighborhoods in Ha Long City are bustling with the atmosphere of village, hamlet, and neighborhood chief elections. Propaganda, mobilization, decoration, and celebration work are highly focused on, helping people have full access to information about their rights and obligations.

In addition to promoting propaganda on the loudspeaker system from the city to the grassroots, the City Information and Culture Center regularly writes news and articles updating on election preparations in localities and posting them on the City's Electronic Information Portal; strengthens mobile propaganda to households to help them understand and properly exercise their rights and obligations as voters; and promotes visual propaganda on village roads, neighborhoods, and cultural houses.

In Tran Hung Dao ward, the atmosphere of preparation for the election day of the ward chief is very urgent. Along the streets in the ward, flags and flowers are bright. The neighborhoods hang banners, slogans, and posters to propagate about the election day. The ward has stepped up propaganda through the radio system, electronic information pages, and social networks, creating solidarity, unity, consensus, support, trust, and excitement among the people. By December 3, the ward had hung 20 banners, 25 billboards, 400 flags of all kinds, and is continuing to hang 15 banners, 26 pennants, and mobilizing households to hang the national flag to celebrate. 11/11 neighborhoods of the ward have completed the festive decoration, and are continuing to focus on urban beautification and environmental sanitation.

The election of village, hamlet and neighborhood chiefs for the 2025-2027 term aims to promote the people's mastery in directly electing qualified, ethical, responsible and dedicated people who represent the will and aspirations of the people, and direct the implementation of the tasks of the residential community in the village, hamlet and neighborhood and the tasks assigned by superiors, contributing significantly to consolidating a clean and strong grassroots government.

In order for the election to be successful, villages, hamlets and neighborhoods have proactively prepared facilities, decorated with flags and slogans at polling stations, creating a vibrant atmosphere to attract people to vote. All levels and sectors from local to grassroots levels have focused on promoting propaganda about the election; focusing on propaganda content so that people clearly understand the purpose and meaning, properly exercise their rights and obligations as citizens, participate in voting fully according to regulations, contributing to the success of the election.

In Quang Trung Ward (Uong Bi City), on the eve of the ward chief election, the atmosphere was more bustling. At the cultural house of 13/13 wards of the ward, the list of candidates and representatives of households participating in the election was completed; banners and slogans were hung. Cadres and party members in the ward actively promoted election propaganda to each household through ward meetings and via Zalo.

Residents of Zone 8 (Quang Trung Ward, Uong Bi City) actively prepare for the election day of the zone chief.

Secretary of Quang Trung Ward Party Committee Vu Thi Hong Nhung said: Up to now, the election work has been on schedule. The Party Committee is directing the People's Committee, Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations of the ward, and residential area party cells to focus on implementing propaganda work. In particular, propaganda is focused on the radio system of the ward and neighborhoods twice a day; in the summary conferences of the party cells and socio-political organizations in the area. The Ward Election Steering Committee assigned members to propagate at activities and conferences in the neighborhood. People in the area have a clear understanding of the implementation of the election of ward chiefs.

With proactive, synchronous and comprehensive implementation, especially good propaganda work, the election day for village, hamlet and ward chiefs for the 2025-2027 term in the province is believed to take place safely, in accordance with the law, achieve high results, and truly be a festival of the people.
