On the morning of December 9, Hai Duong Provincial Police announced the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoan, Chief of Tu Ky District Police, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief of Chi Linh City Police from December 9.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoan, born in 1974, is from Quyet Thang Commune (Hai Duong City). Before taking up his duties at Chi Linh City Police, Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoan worked for many years at Thanh Ha District Police, the Staff Department (Provincial Police) and Tu Ky District Police.

Previously, on October 23, comrade Nguyen Hoang Long, Chief of Chi Linh City Police, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
