
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nga, Director of the Center for Education Quality Assessment (Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges), congratulated Hanoi University of Business and Technology for having 10 training programs recognized as meeting education quality assessment standards, including 4 postgraduate programs and 6 regular undergraduate programs.
The 10 training programs that achieved quality accreditation this time include: Four postgraduate programs (Information Technology, Accounting, Economic Management and Business Administration) and six undergraduate programs (Nursing, Construction Engineering, Chinese Language, Natural Resources and Environmental Management, Dentistry and Medicine).

“The fact that 10 training programs have been recognized as meeting national accreditation standards demonstrates the determination and capacity of the School in ensuring quality, meeting the requirements of innovation in Vietnamese higher education in the integration period. This is not only the pride of teachers and students, but also a testament to the increasingly affirmed position of the School in the Vietnamese higher education system,” Ms. Nguyen Phuong Nga emphasized.
The Director of the Center for Education Quality Assessment also said that according to Decision No. 78/QD-TTg of the Government issued on January 14, 2022, by the end of 2025, universities must complete the assessment of at least 35% of the total number of training programs.

“Hanoi University of Business and Technology has achieved 61% accreditation, nearly doubling the minimum target. This demonstrates the school’s receptiveness and proactiveness in building and spreading a culture of quality,” Ms. Nga emphasized, while encouraging the school to continue mid-cycle self-assessment to promote strengths, overcome limitations, and move towards sustainable development.
On behalf of the staff, lecturers and students, Professor, Dr. Dinh Van Tien, Vice Principal of the School, sincerely thanked the Center for Education Quality Assessment and the expert teams for their serious, objective and professional work. He affirmed that the quality assessment activities not only help the School to see more clearly the strengths and weaknesses in each training program, but also provide an opportunity for the School to continuously improve, towards modern university education standards.

According to Professor, Dr. Dinh Van Tien, in the coming time, Hanoi University of Business and Technology will continue to invest in facilities, develop staff, expand international cooperation, promote applied research and innovate teaching methods, in order to meet the requirements of society and the domestic, regional and international labor market.
The event marked a new step forward for Hanoi University of Business and Technology on its journey of integration and development, contributing to affirming the prestige and training quality of a non-public university with nearly three decades of establishment and growth.
