Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 has just announced a project to organize an independent exam for university admission in 2025.

Accordingly, the school's own exam includes 8 subjects: literature, math, English, history, physics, chemistry, biology, and geography.

The Literature subject is tested in the form of multiple choice and essay. The remaining subjects are tested in the form of multiple choice. The exam fee is 200,000 VND/subject.

The exam is expected to take place in June at Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 and some high schools in Vinh Phuc province.

The expected question formats used in the test include multiple choice, true-false, matching, short answer, and essay.

According to Hanoi Pedagogical University 2, 2025 is the year the first class of students will graduate from high school according to the 2018 general education program.

The 2025 graduation exam structure issued by the Ministry of Education and Training has some changes compared to before, but the main purpose of the exam is still to consider high school graduation.

"In recent years, the number of candidates applying for university entrance exams at Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 has increased dramatically. This reality requires the school to have a suitable admission plan to increase input quality, one of the important factors determining output quality," the school explained about organizing a separate exam.

This year, the school plans to enroll students using 5 methods, including direct admission and priority admission according to regulations; considering academic records; considering high school graduation exam scores; considering the results of the capacity assessment exam of 2 national universities and Hanoi National University of Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education; and admission using the results of the separate entrance exam of Hanoi National University of Education 2.
