(Dan Tri) - 2/6 subjects who forced a 10th grade male student to lick the license plate are students of Soc Son Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center, according to a report sent to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training by Minh Phu High School.

Minh Phu High School, Hanoi , has sent a document to the Department of Education and Training about the incident in which a 10th grade student was bullied, forced to crawl, and had his license plate licked.

Accordingly, the clip of the incident was posted online on October 17. The filming location was an empty lot next to the soccer field of Mai Doai Pagoda, Mai Doai Village, Soc Son Commune.

The school board reported the incident to the Soc Son Commune Police. Initially, the authorities identified 6 people involved. 2 of these 6 people are students of class 10B, Soc Son Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center.

The remaining 4 subjects dropped out of school, including 2 born in 2010, 1 born in 2008 and 1 born in 2007. All 6 subjects are minors, residing in Soc Son commune.

Minh Phu High School's report said the incident happened at 11am on October 15. The group of 6 subjects controlled the victim to a deserted area. Here, QA used his phone to record a video and forced H. to kneel down and crawl, forcing H. to say "I'm sorry, Dad Long", "I'm sorry, Dad Son", "I'm sorry, Dad Dat", "I'm sorry, Dad Lam" and forced H. to lick S's license plate.

H. did not comply so D. kicked him in the face. After that, H. had to lick S's license plate.

However, H. continued to be slapped in the face once and kicked in the face twice by L. After bullying the victim, the QA team turned off the video, told H.'s friend to go home first, let H. walk home and left.

After receiving information about the incident, the Board of Directors and the homeroom teacher visited H.'s family. The male student has now returned to school. The school has arranged a psychological support team to stabilize the student's mental health.

Soc Son Commune Police continue to investigate the case.
