The uniform beauty and flexibility of Aerobic athletes at the national championship

(Dan Tri) - Aerobic athletes showed off their uniform beauty, flexibility and vitality, creating a vibrant and attractive competition atmosphere at the 2025 National Aerobic Gymnastics Championship.

The 2025 National Aerobic Gymnastics Championship was held in Hanoi with the participation of more than 100 athletes from 8 provinces and cities across the country, competing in 14 sets of medals.

After three days of exciting competition, the athletes gave the audience energetic, vibrant and captivating performances. On the brightly lit stage, each of their movements and dances exuded youthfulness, flexibility and passion for Aerobics.

The men’s and women’s singles competitions brought emotional and individual performances. While the male athletes impressed with their strength, flexibility and ability to control space, the female athletes conquered the audience with their suppleness, softness but no less powerful in each movement.

Especially in the mixed doubles competition, the beauty of Aerobics is even more clearly highlighted. The two athletes move as one, breathing together, looking together, smiling together.

The combination of strength, flexibility and team spirit creates a perfect "duet" on the field.

Behind every movement is passion, perseverance and deep camaraderie, creating the unique appeal of Aerobics – where sport and art become one in every moment.

The couple Gia Bao - Uyen Nhi of the HCMC team left their mark with an impressive, technical and emotional performance, excellently achieving 18,600 points, becoming one of the most outstanding performances at the tournament.

The doubles competition is not only a display of physical strength and skill, but also a symphony of harmony, where two athletes shine together in every moment on the mat.

Athletes entered the group competition (3 people and 5 people) with a spirit of solidarity and high concentration.

In this content, uniformity and harmony are decisive factors, when each movement not only demonstrates individual strength but is also the result of smooth coordination between members.

The uniformity in the Aerobic Dance competition of the Dak Lak athletes was clearly shown through each movement and formation change. With the vibrant music, the Dak Lak team left an impression on the audience, showing the beauty of youth, discipline and team spirit.

The Aerobic Dance competition of the Hanoi team left an impression with the square and triangle formations to the theme song of the famous movie "The Squid Game".

In the end, the Ho Chi Minh City delegation won the top spot with 9 gold medals and 1 silver medal. The Hanoi delegation came in second with 4 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal. The Vinh Long delegation came in third with 1 gold medal, 3 silver medals and 1 bronze medal.

Through this tournament, experts will evaluate and select outstanding athletes to call up and train the national Aerobic team, preparing to participate in the 33rd Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) in 2025 in Thailand.
