A system of new transaction offices such as Dien Lu, Hau Hien... has just been opened and put into operation by Agribank Thanh Hoa in communes in rural and mountainous areas to help local people access banking services more conveniently. In addition to focusing on expanding the network of operations with more than 30 branches and transaction offices in the province, Agribank Thanh Hoa has also focused on deploying transaction points in communes, mobile banking models using specialized cars; making efforts to expand digital financial services to rural, remote and isolated areas. This aims to support farmers, cooperatives, small and medium enterprises to access capital, apply technology in production and business, thereby contributing to increasing income and developing sustainable economy in the area.
Mr. Le Dinh Huong in Thieu Trung commune said: “In the past, when I needed to do banking transactions, I had to travel quite far to the central area of the old Thieu Hoa district. At the end of November 2025, Agribank Thanh Hoa officially opened and put into operation Hau Hien Transaction Office, Thieu Hoa Thanh Hoa branch, providing a full range of banking products and services such as: capital mobilization, credit; money transfer; account opening... bringing convenience closer to people. Now, we don't need to go far, we can all perform transactions such as opening accounts, depositing money, borrowing money, paying bills... right near our home."
Closely following the local socio-economic development orientation, Agribank Thanh Hoa always focuses on diversifying products and services; focusing on implementing many preferential credit programs for individual and corporate customers. Currently, the bank is providing more than 200 products and services, and always pays attention to investing in technology infrastructure, strengthening coordination with agencies, units, and local authorities in cooperating to provide non-cash payment services such as salary payment, payment of electricity, water, bills; telecommunications fees; payment of public service fees... contributing to promoting digital transformation in the locality.
Vice Chairman of Thieu Toan Commune People's Committee Le Van Hoang said: "Currently, the rate of online public service payments in the commune is over 75%. To support people in making digital payments and speed up the digital transformation program in the locality, Thieu Toan Commune People's Committee has coordinated with Agribank to focus on promoting and using cashless payment services for public services, helping people avoid having to travel many times, wait for a long time, and manage budget revenue more closely."
Deputy Director of Agribank Thanh Hoa Luu Van Hieu said: “We have integrated most digital services into the account, on that basis, customers can use digital financial utilities such as Agribank Plus, eBanking and QR Code. At the same time, the bank also pioneered in implementing payment services on the national public service portal, implementing preferential loan packages to help people reduce costs. Agribank Thanh Hoa aims to connect banks - customers - authorities, to create a synchronous cashless payment ecosystem, so that every citizen, whether in urban or remote areas, can easily access modern banking services”.
By the end of November 2025, the total capital and outstanding debt of Agribank Thanh Hoa had reached more than 60,000 billion VND with more than 400,000 customers conducting banking transactions. Currently, the bank is continuing to deploy digital solutions to create a strong financial ecosystem, bringing modern banking services closer to people and businesses, ensuring that no one is left behind in the process of accessing modern financial services - a reliable foundation for sustainable economic development in localities.
