In recent years, the movement “Good workers, creative workers” launched by trade unions at all levels in the province has truly become a strong spiritual driving force, arousing the will to rise, the sense of responsibility and the desire to contribute of union members and workers. From this movement, many typical examples have emerged such as “flowers of good deeds”, working persistently, passionately creating, making practical contributions to the development of agencies, units and improving the lives of workers, civil servants and workers.

Hong Duc Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company is one of the typical units in the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers". Among the typical individuals, Mr. Le Trac Dong, Deputy Director of the Production Factory, is known as a pioneer in research and technical innovation, bringing practical value to the enterprise.

Sharing about his creative motivation, Mr. Dong said: “I always try to apply my knowledge and experience, and my passion for research to come up with solutions to improve productivity and bring benefits to the business. In addition, I receive attention and close guidance from the company's leaders and enthusiastic support from my colleagues. Each successfully applied initiative is a motivation for me to continue to strive to complete the assigned tasks well.”

With a spirit of learning, responsibility and high determination, during his time working at Hong Duc Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company, Mr. Dong had over 15 topics and technical innovation initiatives that were effectively applied, creating a strong ripple effect in the emulation movement, contributing to improving the production capacity of the enterprise. Outstanding among them is the initiative "Manufacturing natural wood pressing machines" - a solution that brings benefits of more than 1 billion VND/year, helping enterprises proactively equip, reduce investment costs, ensure flatness and quality of joints, and at the same time improve safety and health for workers. This outstanding achievement was recognized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and awarded the "Creative Labor" Certificate.

At Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd., Mr. Le Tam Quan, Head of the Electrical Team, is a typical example of creative and enthusiastic labor in union work. He brings together the spirit of continuous learning, creative will and responsibility of an exemplary party member, always dedicated to the common development of the enterprise.

As a team leader, Mr. Quan is always aware of his role as a role model. In all tasks assigned by the workshop and branch, he actively coordinates with his colleagues to complete them on schedule and ensure production quality. He regularly reminds team members to strictly comply with regulations on safety and labor hygiene, while building a scientific and disciplined working style. With his expertise as an electrical engineer, Mr. Quan always keeps the factory's electrical system operating stably and safely - a key factor for smooth production operations. He proactively advises the board of directors and supervisors on technical solutions to optimize productivity and save costs. Every time a new product code is deployed, he carefully studies the power supply plan, ensuring that there are no short circuits or explosions, and instructs workers on safe and economical electricity use. When there are equipment problems, he is always there promptly to fix them, helping the production line operate continuously.

With the responsibility of a party member, Mr. Quan actively takes the lead in emulation movements, especially the movement "Good worker, creative worker". He is passionate about research and has had 5 technical innovation initiatives that have been applied by the company, contributing to improving productivity, saving costs and spreading the spirit of innovation in the unit. Notably, the initiative "Designing a time relay system for a heat press machine", bringing in a profit of nearly 1 billion VND/year, was awarded the Certificate of Creative Labor by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

These are two of many typical examples in the movement "Good workers, creative workers", always dedicated, passionate about work and full of creativity. Each of their initiatives and technical improvements are like sources of motivation, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the unit and enterprise. With the spirit of dedicated work and constant creativity, they have lit the fire of enthusiasm, arousing the spirit of striving in each colleague, especially the young workers. Thanks to those persistent efforts and enthusiasm, the emulation movement of Thanh Hoa trade unions at all levels has increasingly spread widely, becoming a driving force for the overall development of the province.
