In his opening speech, Colonel Le Van Uy emphasized: “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is an important and long-term political task, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee of the School; building a comprehensively strong Air Force Officer School that is "exemplary and typical", meeting the requirements of training and education tasks in the new situation".

After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, the Air Force Officer School has thoroughly grasped and seriously and synchronously deployed the contents of the Directive in conjunction with the political tasks, Party building work and emulation movements of the School. Party committees and organizations at all levels have developed specific action programs, clearly defining the responsibilities of each cadre and party member in studying and following Uncle Ho. Propaganda and political and ideologicaleducation have been carried out in many creative forms such as organizing competitions, telling stories about Uncle Ho, propagating through social networks, internal radio... contributing to widely spreading Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in agencies and units.

Major Nguyen Van Thao, Squadron Leader of Squadron 1, Regiment 920 shared: “As a military pilot and a flight instructor who directly trains students, I always clearly identify that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style must start from myself, in every flight hour, every lecture, every specific action, because it is not only a task but also the most practical dissemination of learning and following Uncle Ho's example.”

In the coming time, the Air Force Officer School will continue to promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with the implementation and successful completion of the central political tasks. The school focuses on promoting the exemplary role of cadres and lecturers; improving the quality of training and education close to reality, ensuring safety, discipline and modernity. Promoting the emulation movement in conjunction with building a comprehensively strong unit "exemplary and typical". Studying and following Uncle Ho becomes the driving force to excellently complete all assigned political tasks.

Colonel Le Van Uy presented awards to the collectives and individuals who were commended at the Conference.

Through the 10-year summary of Directive 05, the School has commended many collectives and individuals, including awarding certificates of merit to 3 collectives and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Uncle Ho; at the same time, proposing the Army Corps to commend 1 collective and 2 exemplary individuals. These are advanced examples that have actively contributed to spreading the spirit of responsibility and the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, creating a driving force for exciting competition throughout the School.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Le Van Uy affirmed: "All cadres, party members, students and soldiers of the School are determined to continue studying and following Uncle Ho's example with specific and practical actions, contributing to building the Air Force Officer School to be increasingly standardized, modern, exemplary, worthy of being a high-quality military pilot training center of the Air Defense - Air Force Service".
