Focusing on implementing breakthroughs in organization and staffing; training, combat readiness, building regularity, compliance with discipline, law and military administrative reform, digital transformation, building exemplary comprehensive strong agencies and units, exemplary clean and strong Party organizations have achieved many important results. Effectively implementing the emulation movements "The Army joins hands to build new rural areas", "The Army joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind", "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization units"... actively helping people eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, build new rural areas, and civilized urban areas.

To effectively implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, the Can Tho City Military Party Committee also focuses on innovating working methods and styles in the direction of: Focus, closeness, efficiency; innovating and improving the quality of Party activities, attaching importance to the quality of Party cell activities. In which, it will focus on researching and selecting key issues, urgent and prominent issues to propose solutions to overcome and resolve them thoroughly, promulgate specific regulations and rules to encourage cadres, party members and the masses; detect and dare to fight against manifestations of individualism in agencies and units.

Promote the exemplary role of cadres and party members to ensure that exemplary role-setting is carried out regularly and continuously in the city's armed forces; effectively carry out the work of summarizing and drawing lessons from experience; promote and improve the effectiveness of propaganda work on good people, good deeds, and typical examples. Strengthen inspection and supervision work to ensure that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style are carried out seriously, effectively, and substantially.
