Cam Ranh Base Primary School: Inauguration of the "Truong Sa Landmark" kindergarten project

On April 3, Cam Ranh Base Primary School's Union held an inauguration ceremony for the "Truong Sa Landmark" youth project.

Provincial Youth Union leaders and delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the project.

The Truong Sa island landmark project is 4m high, located in the yard of Cam Ranh Base Primary School. The total cost of the project is 60 million VND, contributed by team members and students implementing the "Small Plan" movement, teachers and socialized resources. The project is meant to arouse love for the homeland, country, spirit towards the sea and islands; educate about the tradition of patriotism, national pride, awareness of protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland for team members and students.

On this occasion, Cam Ranh Base Primary School organized the contest "Young Historian", helping students learn more about historical figures; the 1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising, culminating in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign.

This is a practical activity of the school's team members and children to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Khanh Hoa Province Liberation Day (April 2, 1975 - April 2, 2025), the 50th anniversary of Cam Ranh City Liberation Day (April 3, 1975 - April 3, 2025), and the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation Day and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
