Accordingly, the Military Commands of provinces and cities have performed well the function of advising the People's Committees of provinces and cities to establish Military Service Councils with the right and sufficient composition; issued directives and plans to implement the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army, citizens to perform their duty to join the People's Public Security; guided the Regional Defense Commands (PTKV), communes, wards, and special zones to conduct a re-examination of the source of citizens of military age in 2026.

First of all, it is necessary to effectively carry out the military health examination; guide and inspect communes, wards and special zones to implement the stages and steps in the military recruitment process; step up propaganda and education to raise awareness for cadres, party members and people, especially citizens of military service age, about their rights, obligations and responsibilities in the task of protecting the Fatherland.
