"Party cell congress week" in Chi Linh will be completed before December

Chi Linh will organize a "Party cell congress week" for party cells under the grassroots party committees and strive to complete it before December 2024, earlier than the province's plan (completed in the first quarter of 2025). This is the second time Chi Linh City has organized a "Party cell congress week" to create a widespread political activity, helping to promote emulation movements, enhance solidarity, unity, stability and high consensus in the entire party.

Accordingly, the Party cells of the grassroots Party Committees will complete their congresses before December 2024. The Party Congress or the grassroots Congress of delegates will begin in mid-March 2025. The city-level Congress of delegates will be completed before August 31, 2025.

To prepare for the 24th City Party Congress, the Chi Linh City Party Committee has completed the establishment of subcommittees to serve the congress. The personnel subcommittee has 5 members, the documents subcommittee has 48 members and the propaganda and congress service subcommittee has 23 members. The subcommittees are responsible for preparing documents, personnel, propaganda and serving the congress.

Previously, the Chi Linh City Party Committee issued a plan to summarize programs and projects to implement the Resolution of the 23rd City Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
