Dak Lak Culture, Tourism and Cuisine Week 2025 takes place from August 27 to September 2

Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the 45th anniversary of World Tourism Day (September 27, 1980 - September 27, 2025), the department coordinated to organize the Dak Lak Culture, Tourism and Cuisine Week in 2025.

The week will take place from August 27 to September 2 at the Provincial Cultural and Tourism Center with a scale of more than 300 booths and many attractive activities.

Within the framework of the week, there will be performances, food promotions, regional culinary culture competitions, delicious dishes, master chefs, beautiful food booth decoration competitions; introduction of Dak Lak tourism programs and products; booths displaying and introducing OCOP products, local specialties; special art programs, gong performances, street music at Nghinh Phong Tower (Tuy Hoa ward) ...

The typical dishes and cuisine of the Ede people will be introduced at the week.

The week is an opportunity to stimulate tourism, creating opportunities for tourism businesses and cooperatives to introduce culinary culture, OCOP products, and regional specialties of Dak Lak province to the people and domestic and foreign tourists, thereby creating opportunities for localities and tourism businesses to approach, introduce, promote images, promote tourism, and attract tourists.
