In recent years, the union work and youth movement of the commune have achieved positive results, affirming a new step of development in implementing the program and action of the revolutionary movement of the youth. In the period of 2022 - 2025, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quynh Nhai commune achieved and exceeded 10/10 set targets.

The commune Youth Union always focuses on educating members on ideals, ethics, and lifestyles; movements and programs are effectively implemented, promoting the spirit of vanguard and creativity of young people in volunteer activities, building new rural areas and social security. The whole commune has organized 352 propaganda sessions on the traditions of the Party, Youth Union, Association, and Team; more than 1,600 youth union members and young people participated in the communication campaign "I - A member of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union" on social networks. Organized 224 volunteer activities, implemented 22 youth projects with a total budget of more than 700 million VND; youth union members and young people contributed thousands of working days to build new rural areas. Maintained 57 youth teams to protect the environment, 6 teams of "Volunteers join hands to solve administrative procedures"; coordinated the organization of 24 "Winter Volunteer - Spring Volunteer" programs in difficult areas, with a total budget of 120 million VND.

Accompanying young people in studying, starting a career and training to develop life skills, improving physical health, life, and spiritual culture, the Commune Youth Union has implemented many practical and effective activities. Of which, 213 students with difficult circumstances were awarded scholarships; 25 volunteer teams were established to participate in exam support programs. The whole commune has 1,659 youth households receiving loans from the Social Policy Bank, with a total cost of 34.4 billion VND; 1,500 youth union members received career counseling, 400 youth union members received vocational training; 30 youth households were supported to implement the model of "Growing fruit trees on sloping land". In addition, the work of the Youth Union, protection, care and education of teenagers and children has been effectively implemented.

The work of building the Youth Union, the Youth Union's participation in Party building, and the youth's solidarity and gathering has increasingly seen positive changes. During the term, 6 activities were organized to train Youth Union members; 54 classes were opened to foster awareness of the Youth Union, and 630 new members were admitted. 134 outstanding Youth Union members were introduced to the Party, of which 72 were admitted to the Party.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Quynh Nhai Commune Youth Union sets out 13 targets. Strive to have over 500 Youth Union members participate in volunteer activities for community life every year; 50% of affiliated Youth Unions and school Youth Unions have a model of the Youth Union on digital transformation and 100% of Youth Union branches have a model of preserving and promoting traditional beauty and national cultural identity; support 5 youth ideas to be realized; build 13 youth projects and 45 youth activities at all levels; help at least 200 students and children in difficult circumstances. Recruit 400 new Youth Union members, strive to have 100 outstanding Youth Union members admitted to the Party.

At the Congress, the Decision of the Standing Committee of Son La Provincial Youth Union on appointing 25 comrades to the Executive Committee, 7 comrades to the Standing Committee and key positions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quynh Nhai commune, term I, 2025 - 2030, was announced. At the same time, the list of 3 delegates to attend the Congress of the Union at a higher level was announced.
