Interestingly, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team and the Kenyan team will be in the same group G at the 2025 World Championship. This tournament will start on August 22 in Thailand.
Currently, the Kenyan team is ranked 23rd in the world, while the Vietnamese women's volleyball team is ranked 22nd. This is a ranking set and monitored by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).
After the match with Kenya tonight, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet's team will complete their preparations for the world championship. During this preparation, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will compete with two opponents, Spain and Kenya.
Perhaps in the match against Kenya tonight, Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet will use his strongest lineup, to test all positions before entering the world championship.
In the group stage of the 2025 World Championship, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will face Poland on August 23, Germany on August 25, and Kenya on August 27.
