Commendation and reward for 291 outstanding individuals and collectives in the 2024-2025 school year

On the morning of June 23, at the Provincial Labor Culture House, the Department of Education and Training held a conference to honor typical and advanced students in the 2020-2025 period and to commend and reward excellent students in the 2024-2025 school year. Leaders of departments, branches, sectors and organizations in the province attended.

The 2024-2025 school year is an impressive year for the Phu YenEducation sector. At the 2024-2025 National High School Excellent Student Competition, Phu Yen had 50 students winning national high school prizes including: 1 first prize, 4 second prizes, 22 third prizes and 23 consolation prizes, an increase of 16 prizes compared to the previous school year. In addition, during the school year, 8 students won prizes at the 2025 Student Mathematics Olympiad; 8 students won prizes at the National Vietnamese Language Champion Competition and 4 students achieved high results at the National Student Sports Competition...

The report at the conference said that in the period of 2021-2025, many units and schools have had outstanding advanced models and examples that are worthy of commendation and learning, such as: Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted; Le Hong Phong High School (Tay Hoa district); Nguyen Van Linh High School (Dong Hoa town); Tran Phu High School (Tuy An district); Phan Boi Chau High School (Son Hoa district) ...

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 5 teachers and 23 students with achievements in student training and achievements in the national high school excellent student selection exam for the 2024-2025 school year; the Ministry of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to 27 winners of the national high school excellent student selection exam for the 2024-2025 school year. The Department of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to 205 students with excellent achievements in studying and training in the 2024-2025 school year; and at the same time, awarded 11 collectives and 20 typical advanced individuals in the 2024-2025 period.

At the ceremony, the Phu Yen Branch of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development awarded 70 gifts to students with excellent achievements, worth a total of 35 million VND. KCP Vietnam Joint Stock Company awarded 59 scholarships to excellent students with high scores in exams, worth a total of 86 million VND.
