Tuyen Quang implements Directive No. 10-CT/TU: Promoting socio-economic development by 2025

Pursuant to Directive No. 10-CT/TU dated March 6, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, Party building and the political system in 2025, on March 15, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 1061/UBND-TH directing departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts and cities to seriously perform assigned tasks.

Accordingly, the Heads of departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of districts and cities, according to their functions, tasks, and powers, shall proactively review and effectively organize the implementation of the contents as required by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. At the same time, they shall continue to promote programs and plans for socio -economic development, ensure security and defense, and promptly propose solutions to overcome difficulties.

The Department of Finance shall take the lead in monitoring, inspecting, guiding and urging units to implement the direction of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman. In addition, focus on effectively implementing the socio-economic development plan and the state budget estimate for 2025 according to Decision No. 505/QD-UBND dated December 10, 2024. At the same time, it is necessary to carry out the tasks and solutions set out in Directive No. 02/CT-UBND dated January 20, 2025 and develop an economic growth scenario for 2025 with the goal of achieving double digits.

In addition, the Department of Finance advises the Provincial People's Committee on the plan to implement the Action Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Central Party Committee. Units well implement the Action Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, monitor and evaluate the implementation results on a monthly and quarterly basis.

During the implementation process, if any problems arise, the units need to promptly summarize and report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution.
