Pursuant to the Government's Decrees and regulations on the recruitment regime for ethnic minority students, in order to create conditions for ethnic minority children in areas with particularly difficult socio -economic conditions in the province to meet the standards and have the desire to go to university. Strengthen and improve the contingent of ethnic minority officials and civil servants with professional qualifications, skills and capacity to meet the requirements and tasks of work in the new situation in particularly difficult areas. Solve the shortage of English and IT teachers in some communes, contributing to improving the teaching quality of ethnic minority teachers in the whole province.
Requirements: Recruit the right subjects and standards according to regulations; ensure fair, objective and transparent recruitment. Ensure that those sent to study under the recruitment system are recruited and arranged jobs after graduation.
Subjects and standards: According to regulations in Clause 1, Article 2 and Clause 1, Clause 2, Article 6 of Decree No. 141/2020/ND-CP.
Enrollment quota, job positions for each quota: Total quota: 25 (including 13 English pedagogy quotas and 12 IT pedagogy quotas). Allocation of quotas and job positions after graduation
Priority in admission to universities, colleges and intermediate schools: According to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 6 of Decree No. 141/2020/ND-CP, specifically: Students who meet all the admission standards prescribed in Clauses 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this Article, if they fall into one of the following cases, will be given priority in admission to universities, colleges and intermediate schools in the following order: Children of martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, people with certificates of beneficiaries of policies like war invalids; studying at ethnic boarding schools; being admitted to universities, colleges and intermediate schools in the year of admission; winning prizes in excellent student competitions at the district level or higher; in the case of students who are entitled to many priorities at the same time, they will only be given the highest priority in admission to universities.
Application deadline: 30 days from the date of announcement of the enrollment plan (as prescribed in Clause 5, Article 8 of Decree No. 141/2020/ND-CP).
Method and location for submitting documents: Submit directly or send by post to the Cao Bang Provincial Public Administration Service Center (1st floor, Cao Bang Provincial Post Office) or the Department of Education and Training (Personnel Organization Department, 4th floor, building B, headquarters of departments, branches and sectors of Cao Bang province, Thuc Phan ward, Cao Bang province).
Application documents: According to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 8 of Decree No. 141/2020/ND-CP. In addition, candidates applying for admission to study under the nomination system need to submit the following additional documents: Valid copy of high school transcript; valid copy of high school diploma for students graduating from high school before 2025 or temporary high school graduation certificate for students graduating from high school in 2025; valid copy of Citizen ID; health certificate according to current regulations; certificate of residence information for 05 consecutive years up to the date of application submission issued by the Commune or Ward Police; certificate of winning prizes in excellent student competitions (if any).
Relevant departments, branches and People's Committees of communes and wards in the province shall widely announce the University Admission Plan under the nomination system for ethnic minority students in Cao Bang province in 2025 to all classes of people in the locality through mass media; at the same time, post the Admission Plan on the electronic information portal and publicly post it at the working headquarters of the People's Committee at the commune level. Register the recruitment quota for civil servants according to the requirements of the job positions to be recruited when the Department of Home Affairs deploys the annual synthesis of civil servant recruitment needs; including registering the majors and specialties with graduating students (if there is a need). Develop a plan to recruit civil servants in accordance with regulations, including majors and specialties for training graduated students. Arrange jobs suitable for the training majors and specialties according to current regulations on recruitment and use of civil servants as prescribed.
