One of the outstanding steps in digital transformation of TYM Vinh Phuc Branch is the deployment of the TYM Mobile application, a tool to support customers in managing their finances conveniently, safely and flexibly. With a friendly and easy-to-use interface, TYM Mobile allows users to easily perform many essential functions such as: looking up account information, monitoring loan and savings balances, registering for new loans, depositing or withdrawing savings... without having to go to a transaction point or waiting at the activity cluster.
Using the TYM Mobile application not only saves time but also enables customers, especially rural women who are TYM's main customers, to be more proactive in accessing and managing financial products. As of June 2025, TYM Vinh Phuc Branch has supported the installation of the TYM Mobile application for 857 customers, making an important contribution to the modernization of microfinance activities in the locality.
Along with the development of mobile applications, TYM Vinh Phuc Branch is also actively promoting cashless payments, an inevitable trend in the digital economy . Since March 2025, TYM has officially implemented money transfer via QR code, bringing convenience and safety to both customers and organizations.
By scanning a personalized QR code for each customer or loan, the deposit process becomes more accurate, minimizing the risk of account information errors or errors in the amount to be deposited. This is especially important in the microfinance environment, where loans and deposits are often small in value and transactions are frequent.
TYM representative Vinh Phuc branch said: Applying digital technology to microfinance activities at Vinh Phuc branch not only brings clear benefits to customers but also helps TYM improve operational efficiency and management capacity such as increasing transparency; saving costs and time; improving customer service capacity.
To date, 785 of the branch’s customers have switched to cashless payments. This figure not only reflects the change in customers’ financial awareness and behavior, but also demonstrates TYM’s effectiveness and adaptability in implementing technological solutions suitable to practical conditions.
In the context of Vietnam's deep integration with the global economy, the application of digital technology helps TYM keep up with the trend, while meeting international standards on financial inclusion and data security. In the coming time, TYM Vinh Phuc Branch will continue to expand the scope of digital technology application, aiming to build a modern, flexible and user-friendly microfinance ecosystem.
Strengthen communication and training for customers on how to use TYM Mobile and non-cash payment methods, especially in rural and remote areas. Develop new features on the TYM Mobile application such as automatic debt reminders, instant transaction notifications, and customer credit assessment. Integrate data systems to synchronize between branches and central headquarters, helping to manage information more centrally and effectively.
With methodical and practical steps, TYM Vinh Phuc Branch is affirming its pioneering role in applying digital technology to the microfinance sector. The initial achievements not only contribute to improving operational efficiency, but also strengthen customer trust and satisfaction, an important foundation for TYM's sustainable development in the digital age.
