Previously, people in the Go Cay Cam area (Tan Phong village, Ninh Than commune) petitioned the Ninh Than commune People's Committee to consider opening a path to the cultivated land area after the Van Phong - Nha Trang expressway project was put into operation. Ms. Ngo Thi Quy (a resident of Ninh Than commune) said that for many months, she has not been able to visit her fields in the Go Cay Cam area because of the barriers of the Van Phong - Nha Trang expressway project. More than 10 other households with cultivated land in this area have to leave their motorbikes in the underpass a few kilometers away and then walk along the edge of the field, weaving through the sugarcane rows to reach their family's cultivated land. Previously, people used to ride motorbikes to their fields, but after the construction unit installed the fence, households had to walk a long way. Although it is now the harvest season, the area of sugarcane and cassava without a road for transportation has made people very worried.

On April 3, the People's Committee of Ninh Than commune issued a document responding to citizens' petitions on the feedback system, and petitions of people and businesses. According to the document, on March 10, the People's Committee of Ninh Than commune received petitions and reflections from households in Dai My and Tan Phong villages about the lack of access to agricultural land after being fenced off to prepare for the operation of the Van Phong - Nha Trang expressway. The People's Committee of Ninh Than commune inspected the current situation on March 13 and determined that the content of the petition and reflection mentioned above was correct. Therefore, the People's Committee of Ninh Than commune has requested the People's Committee of Ninh Hoa town to pay attention and propose to competent authorities to consider and resolve so that people with agricultural land in the Go Cay Cam area have convenient access to the field to serve agricultural production.

In addition, at the 9th session of the Ninh Than Commune People's Council at the end of December 2024, the Ninh Than Commune People's Committee accepted voters' opinions and recommendations on the need to add a route to transport agricultural products from the Go Cay Cam area to the inter-village road. In the near future, the Ninh Than Commune People's Committee will review the planning and when there is funding, it will seek opinions to consider adding it to the public investment portfolio to invest in this road section.
