Having gone through many separations and mergers, the radio workers in My Xuyen district have continued to contribute, maintain their faith in the profession, and are always determined to strive to excellently complete their tasks, contributing to the overall development of the locality.
With the new name of District Culture - Sports - Broadcasting Center after merging My Xuyen District Radio Station and District Culture - Sports Center, the radio station has a broadcasting team of 7 people. The task is not only to produce radio programs and broadcast locally but also to collaborate with electronic information sites and press agencies inside and outside the province. The work is not simple, sometimes there are sudden business trips in the early morning, late afternoon, or encountering unfavorable weather conditions, no one considers it a pressure, but it is the motivation for each person to strive harder.

According to reporter Truong Minh Nhut, there were times when he had to go to the field to get quality images, he had to stand under the scorching sun, sometimes wading through mud up to his waist... The difficulties did not discourage him but became memories and he considered it a joy in his work, because when he saw his products being broadcast, bringing practical information to the people.
As a Khmer ethnic reporter, Danh Oanh Tha Ra finds it a joy every time he goes on a business trip because he always receives affection from the people, especially the Khmer people, which has created great motivation for him to continue to devote himself to writing and promoting examples of good people doing good deeds, farmers overcoming difficulties to escape poverty...
To have a news broadcast, it is a whole process of dedication and hard work of the whole team, from writing scripts, writing news, articles, taking photos, filming, editing videos ... Every word, every image, every sound is meticulously cared for, with the desire to bring the audience useful, timely and accurate information. And this work is done by reporter Luc Kim Thoa every day. "I write news and am also assigned to edit the radio news program... The work is quite a lot but I always try to bring the best quality products to serve the people in the district" - Ms. Thoa confided.

Although the work sometimes encounters difficulties, the radio workers in My Xuyen district always maintain their faith in the profession. Because everyone understands that each news bulletin, each broadcast program, no matter how short, also contributes significantly to the district's propaganda work. In particular, the Khmer language program plays a special role, conveying the Party's policies, the State's policies and laws, helping people promptly grasp and implement them, and at the same time being a bridge between the government and the people.
Thanks to her expertise, Ms. Lam Thi Ngoc Huyen was assigned to produce the Khmer news program. Ms. Huyen said that the Khmer program aims to connect and convey important information, so in the process of translating from Vietnamese to Khmer, she is meticulous in every sentence and word so that the Khmer people can quickly and clearly grasp the content of the Party and State's policies and guidelines for ethnic minority areas.
Every successful broadcast program not only has reporters but also announcers and technicians play an important role. Before broadcasting, announcers must carefully prepare the content, conveying messages accurately and closely to the public. Technicians, from the "backstage", must ensure the receiving and broadcasting equipment, helping the sound to be of high quality. Both work closely together to create effective communication programs to serve the information needs of the people.

Technician Pham Thanh Toan determined that technical work is very important, helping to ensure that all programs are broadcast promptly, so he is almost always on duty at the unit and on the street to support the repair of loudspeaker systems in communes and towns, so that the sound can be transmitted to listeners in the best way.
Currently, the whole country is implementing the policy of rearranging provincial and commune-level administrative units and officially abolishing the district level from July 1, 2025. Mr. Huynh Thien Nhan - Deputy Director of the Center for Culture - Sports - Broadcasting of My Xuyen district shared: "In the past time, we have received great attention from leaders of the provincial press agencies and district leaders. Thanks to that support, we have made constant efforts to maintain effective propaganda work. In the coming time, we - non-professional journalists promise to further promote our role, contributing to the sustainable development of the locality after implementing the rearrangement of administrative units".
