On the morning of December 16, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to reports on the progress of drafting detailed regulations under the authority of the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee according to the 2024 Land Law and Resolutions of the Government . Comrade Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.
At the meeting, leaders of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment reported on the progress of drafting 25 legal documents under the authority of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law. On this basis, delegates from departments, branches and localities exchanged and discussed difficulties and obstacles in drafting legal documents; reported on the progress of implementation up to the present time; expected time of promulgation of documents; and proposed solutions and recommendations to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of drafting documents...
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested departments and branches, based on their assigned tasks, to focus on completing documents and promptly submitting them to the Provincial People's Committee and Provincial People's Council for promulgation of documents and resolutions within their authority to meet the direction of the Government, the Prime Minister and legal regulations, promptly resolving practical issues.
Departments, branches, and localities review and evaluate the current situation to complete the regulations in line with the policy, ensuring quality and time, especially ensuring coordination regulations during the implementation process.
