Hanoi People's Committee considers plan to rearrange and reorganize commune-level administrative units

On the morning of April 25, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh chaired the regular online meeting of the City People's Committee in April 2025, to review a number of contents submitted to the People's Council and according to the 2025 Work Program of the City People's Committee.

Attending the meeting were members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee: Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Hong Son and Vice Chairmen of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong and Duong Duc Tuan; Vice Chairmen of the City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen and Vu Thu Ha.

At the meeting, the City People's Committee considered and approved the mechanism for determining and collecting technical infrastructure investment rates for investment projects in the city; considered and approved the investment policy for the project to renovate and upgrade the Center for Protection and Health Care of Hanoi City Officials under the Xanh Pon General Hospital.

The meeting also considered and approved the investment policy for the project to build a memorial site for the Head of the National Assembly Standing Committee Bui Bang Doan; and considered and approved the investment policy for the project to clear the land according to the protection zone I of Kim Lien Temple relic, Phuong Lien ward, Dong Da district.

In particular, the City People's Committee has considered plans to rearrange and reorganize commune-level administrative units in the city.
