Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province: Meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Golf Tournament to support the Fund "For the Poor"

On September 16, at Anara Binh Tien golf course, Cong Hai commune (Thuan Bac), comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee (OC) of the golf tournament to support the "For the Poor" Fund chaired a meeting to report on the coordination of the tournament implementation.

After checking the actual situation at the golf course, at the meeting, the Organizing Committee reported the progress of organizing the tournament. Up to now, the following tasks have been completed: Designing content, invitation program and poster; mechanism for receiving donations, prize structure, auction works; mobilizing sponsors; framework script, program for the Closing Ceremony and the auction party to support the Fund; propaganda and communication work has been promoted. At the same time, exchanging and agreeing on the implementation of assigned tasks.

Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the Organizing Committee members in coordinating the implementation to ensure scientific and smooth implementation. In order to contribute to the success of the upcoming tournament, he requested that the Organizing Committee members proactively review the assigned tasks; promote information and propaganda work; logistics and service work need to be implemented effectively and achieve quality; manage well the contributed and supported funds; continue to call for sponsorship to organize the tournament and support the "For the Poor" Fund. Ninh Hai and Thuan Bac districts pay attention to ensuring traffic safety, security and order during the tournament.

The tournament took place on September 23 at Anara Binh Tien Golf Course with the participation of about 150 athletes who are businessmen and golf lovers inside and outside the province, thereby calling on sponsors, businessmen and golfers to support the Fund "For the Poor".
