At the above time, Trinh Hoang Tien (born in 2010, residing in Thanh Loc commune, Vinh Thanh district, Can Tho city) was driving a motorbike with license plate 65L1-014.66, carrying Nguyen Duc Truong (born in 2006), residing in the same commune, traveling from Long Xuyen to Can Tho.

When arriving at the above area, it collided with a car with license plate 60K-105.91, driven by Nguyen Thanh Tuan (born in 1985, residing in Tay Hoa commune, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province), going in the same direction, and was changing direction across the road.

As a result, after the collision, both cars were damaged. Truong was seriously injured and is being treated at An Giang Central General Hospital. The car driver left the scene and could not be contacted.
