Starting as a machine operator, after 26 years of dedication to TKG Teakwang Vina Joint Stock Company, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tu Anh is now a production manager overseeing nearly 4,000 employees. Throughout her journey with the company, Ms. Tu Anh has not only worked diligently but also directly participated in innovative projects and improvements.

During the period 2022-2025, Ms. Tu Anh's initiatives contributed to significant savings in raw material costs and improved the working environment for the business. Specifically: recycling and reusing production tools saved nearly 200 million VND; reducing labor costs saved over 250 million VND; and improving production equipment saved more than 1 billion VND…

Alongside her work, Ms. Tu Anh actively participates in trade union activities, cultural and sports movements, and always supports and assists disadvantaged workers in improving their lives. At the same time, she readily provides training to help new workers quickly adapt to their jobs, secure stable employment, and earn a steady income.

This meaningful award serves as motivation for Ms. Tu Anh to continue striving to excel in her work at the company and to inspire passion and creativity in the company's workforce.
